Jai Massari is Of Counsel with Arktouros. She is a cofounder and Chief Legal Officer of Lightspark.  Previously, she was a partner in the Financial Institutions Group of Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP, resident in its Washington, DC office. She is a Fellow of the Berkeley Center for Law and Business at Berkeley Law and Adjunct Faculty at Stanford Law. She is a Trustee of the Board of the Practicing Law Institute and an Operating Advisor of Bessemer Venture Partners. She holds a JD from Duke University School of Law and a BA in Chemistry from Cornell University.
